Inane Hemp

Back from Marina with baby. Too bad we couldn’t find what she wanted. Seems like everything was going against us. Wanted to go Roxy at Plaza, which closed down. Next stop at Marina, closed down too. Tried Raffles City, it was opened, but without what baby wanted. Wanted to have some 1A curry puffs, which turned into a stall for donuts. Is the whole Marina closing down or something? Recession can’t be that bad, or maybe not. Hating Madoff now. You made us waste a trip! Arse.

Nationals is coming this Sunday! Feel so not prepared as usual. Argh but I’ll just do my best. Hopefully baby doesn’t cab all the way down from Changi after her sailing course cause it would be a waste of money for her  just to meet me. Don’t want that to happen. And besides, she’s feeling sick ): But at least she’s a good girl now, taking medicine on her own :D Good job baby! <3

It’s the end of UT2s! Gotten back most of the results for UT1 and I’m quite pleased with it :D There’s still the killer UT3 though. Gotta study harder to improve.

Been gym-ing with baby recently, partly due to her upcoming race tomorrow in her school. Hope that she does well and her team wins something (: I’m probably having training and might not be able to meet her till night time ): But spiritually I’ll be with her to give her my moral support (: She has been feeling pretty stressed up this past week, partly due to her school work, partly due to her competition, partly due to me ): Sorry babe, promise I’ll do better, in all aspects that you want, alright? Can’t wait till the weekends for some R&R (:

Wednesdays are gonna be different from now on, with our faci Lilian Chua leaving us for greener pastures. Okay just kidding. It’s just that she gotta continue her study/research in NTU or something. Hopefully the new faci doesn’t turns out to be an arse. I’m getting crappy grades for this module already ):

Missing baby now cause we were supposed to be spending time together now in my house ): But I know she got a lot of stuffs to do. I’m sure she’ll make it up to me during the weekends, right love? That’s partly why I can’t wait for it to come :D

Here Without You

Day 2 of baby’s camp:

Spending a Saturday alone for a long time in a while cause baby is away at camp ): Feels so weird not seeing her for a day. That’s the side effect of staying so close together that we are able to meet everyday (: Still, can’t complain much ha. Thankfully she would be back tomorrow and we are going to catch Harry Potter at GV Max :D

Took my BTT yesterday and I managed to pass, so did baby (: Was really relieved cause I failed both e-trial tests the week before. Thanks baby for giving me some last minute revision on the way there :D

Feeling so bored now without baby. She went for one of her camp activities again and we can’t msg ):

Last day of LOA. Feeling kinda weird now. Suddenly got used to days without school. Oh well, good things always come to an end ): At least no more crappy elearning.

Went out with baby to Changi General Hospital where she had her appointment with her doctor. Grabbed a bite at Tampines first though where I had my favourite 1A chili crab curry puff and baby found a small sushi eatery under the MRT station that serves her favourite salmon :D:D Pretty cheap and fresh. Baby had a happy time there ha. Cabbed to the hospital cause we were running out of time due to our indulgences in tasty food.

The nurses gave us a mask each and I forced baby to wear hers. Starting taking pictures of each other cause we were really bored with the muted TV hanging in mid air.

Trained back to Tampines where we walked about and she got another top from Topshop. Was getting late so we decided to go to Ikea to have meatballs for dinner! Sadly, no curry chicken again ): Thankfully poached salmon (baby’s favourite again), baked chicken leg and chicken wings managed to ease some of our pain. Shopped around for a table lamp but couldn’t find one that baby wanted. Crossed over to Giant’s 711 to get baby’s favourite Mochi Peach ice cream :D:D Okay it’s turning into one of my favourite ice cream after Paddle Pop too ha.  Bus-ed home after a fun filled day right, baby (:

Volunteer Flannel

Much has happened since the last post. Stuck at home on LOA since last Friday. Thought it would be fun at first till elearning entered my life. Pretty crappy, the work would be less taxing if done in school. Anyway, I wasn’t supposed to leave the house but on Saturday I went down to NUS for the Invitationals with baby. Probably shouldn’t have done that cause it was like my worst ever NUS Invitationals. It was that crappy. But the team did a fantastic job :D Year Ones came down too with banner and offered great support (:

There were like 15 teams participating now. More and more people are entering lifesaving. And there are more sepak fins users too. Seems kinda weird now swimming with the Oceanic ha. Went for dinner with parents at IMM where there’s this damn good japanese buffet. Baby had fun eating as much salmon as she can :D

Reached home around 11 and we gotta rest already due to the AYG event that was being held the next day. We initially had to wake up at 5 but thanks to mum who volunteered to fetch us all the way to Jurong Point, we were able to get an hour more of rest! Thanks mum :D:D:D:D:D:D Helping out at that event was pretty fun, seeing parents and kids getting involved in games. However some were really rude to their kids, telling them to buzz off and stuff when they were too playful. It ended around 2, where we had 5 hours to slack around the shopping mall till it’s time to watch Transformers. Had lunch at Zhou’s Kitchen. Aircon there was freezing cold. Good point was that hot water didn’t hurt much when I spilled it on my jeans after playing with the cup -.- Transformers was great but baby fell asleep halfway through due to fatigue ): Reached home around 11 again and we were all so so tired.

Just completed elearning work that has been appearing for the last three days. Bored to hell. Missing baby now. And she has training till night time. Sucks ): Gotta stay alone at home to rot. I MISS BABY! ):
